Next to the owners’ home in their charming garden, it is very compact and has a west-facing balcony to benefit from afternoon/evening sun, and an east-facing sitting-out area.

La Dent de Cons’ (2064m) has good walks to it from the door. Golf is at Giez (5km) amid wonderful mountain scenery. Lake Annecy has the beaches of Talloires and Menthon-St-Bernard with pedalo hire/boat trips. Genève 1 hour, Chamonix Mont Blanc, 2 hours.
